The L.E.A.D. Mentoring Program

Leadership. Excellence. Achievement. Development.

The Leadership, Excellence, Achievement, and Development (L.E.A.D.) Mentoring Program serves as a resource to develop and enhance personal, professional, and Delta leadership skills. Mentors promote intentional learning, which includes capacity building through methods such as instructing, coaching, providing experiences, modeling and advising. Mentees have a passion to grow and develop in a variety of identified areas.

Past Chapter Presidents' Reflections-Part I

In honor of the Columbus Metropolitan Alumnae Chapter 55th Charter Day and Delta Heritage Celebration, chapter members created an oral history project that included interviewing past chapter presidents. It is our hope that as our chapter continues to grow, these "lessons learned" from past leadership will continue to motivate, move, and mentor to us as we continue the legacy of "CMAC Impact."
